When is best time to book for 2011?

Hi everyone, when is the best time to book a package holiday for August next year :?: The brochures out now are still the first edition and prices are not too bad compared to what I paid this year. However I don't know whether to wait until the 2nd edition (I think they come out in Oct but not too sure) and hope they are cheaper but then I might not get the accomation I want for the dates I want

The old square foot garden book had a section for direct seeding in the garden. It described poking the holes for the seeds, adding some vermiculite at the bottom of the hole, dropping the seed in, and then filling the rest of the hole with vermiculite.
