pressure cooker problem
I'm a great fan of pressure cookers and used one extensively for nearly thirty years. A year ago my daughter decided to buy me a new one, made by the same manufacturer. It is slightly different in style, but has the same removable weight. The valve looks different, like a tiny silver castle turret which rises up when the pressure has been reached. The problem is that food is taking longer to cook than with the old cooker. I made soup at the weekend and timed it
