moving live rock around...

for a tank this is FOWLR... been getting bored with my rock situation... i want more tunnels and caves and what not...

do you recommend i move the rock around? or is that bad? plus i'll have my hands in the tank for a good hour... i got a friend that moves rock in his little tank but mine is 60 gal and got a good amount... also cuz i moved around some yesterday and they are pretty dirty.. i wanna do almost like a spring clean.. and i notice t

I have a 120 gal set up that I have been working on that is almost there. Filled it with water last nite to test pumps overflow and skimmer. So far it all looks good All I lack is lights for it to be ready for a reef. I have a few T5s I can put on it
