Elbow scoring

A New question:
Is elbow scoring really neccesary? In SA only hip scoring is done, but no one EVER do elbow scoring.
Is/Was this a problem with saints at some point? I seldom see bad elbow scores?

Elbow Fur?
Appa's "elbow fur" is always a bit ratty. We brush it the best we can every day with a slicker brush, but it just seems a mess compared to the rest of him. I'll try and get a picture up, but is it normal for the hair there to be messy?
How does the scoring work
Hi, we took our 6 month old Chocolate lab to the Cherry Fest for the first time. It was great. I think my husband is hooked. How does the scoring work. When I first seen on the website Ultimate 22'6 and up I thought that my lab would be in this class
