How to breed crickets

Items used : 1. At least an 5 gallon tank and an small tank.
                   2. Newspaper as substrate.
                   3. A small cup filled with substrate such as coconut husk, peatmoss, potting soil                     
                      etc.
                   4. Food for your crickets. I use mixture of oat, tortoise pellets, fish food and mealworm.
                       I use lettuce for moisture.
