Sick Betta Fish

I have a really sick fish. He gives every indication of having had a stroke. He has refused food for the last week and swims in little circles to the left. This was an immediate behavior change - up until that point, he'd been a happy healthy little fish.

He's dying and I can't help him and I don't want to go downstairs. I was hoping he would die overnight, but he's still struggling. I can't euthanize him.
