slide-out hesitation

We have a 2006 Wildcat 24rl fifth wheel. We just got it. When bringing the slide-out in, it comes so far, then hesitates, comes in some more then hesitates. Guy at the dealer says it's working and just has to work harder to pull it in than push it out. Any comment? Also, where the heck is the manual crank for the slide-out located? and am I right that this is a Lippert slide-out?

I have a leaking o-ring on the slide out pump. I contacted Lippert and they told me that the pump is discontinued and they don't have parts. Being the second owner, they won't honor the warranty. It has the octagonal (actually has more than 8 sides)
