Pelias darevskii from Vipera kaznakovi-complex is one of the most rare Pelias(Vipera)
species with very small habitats in Armenia and Turkey.
Photos were taken by an analog camera, by my friend, then I used his printed pictures and a scanner

today I finally did something I was planning for some time now - take some snakes outdoor and do some daylight photos. It is such a huge difference in colors! You can never get that in terrariums with tungsten and flo light no matter how hard you try.

I wanted to build some new backgrounds in all of my enclosures. 4 finished, 5 to go.
I build it from tempex, painted it 2 times with latex, 2 more times with latex but now mixed with sand, and after that I colored it with Acryl paint.
