DIY 3d aquarium background for my 40 gallon tank

So I'm finally getting around to starting on the DIY background to use in my 40 gallon tank. I'll be sure to post new photos and updates on the progress of designing it.


Here's a list of things I'll be using for this project

Pink Foam Insulation pieces x 2
Quikrete 20 lb. Quick-Setting Cement x 2
Brown die color additive for cement x 1
GE Silicone I Window & Door x 3

**new pic posted on this thread as one of my replies** I just got a 55 gallon (seems small compared to the 90 I had) but I guess this will work for some good cichlids...i'm looking at red devil (love them) jack dempsey, firemouth, and maybe 1 other
