What is RyanAir's Mission statement?

Hi,

Obviously it is to offer cheap flights!, but what is RyanAir's official Mission Statement? I can't seem to find it written down anywhere. Not even on the website.

Mission staements are normally public, so that the public know what the company goals and core values are.
Can someone tell me.
