Change a flight date

Hi everyone.

I booked a flight from London Stansted to Porto on the 7th of April. My question is: Can I change the flight date to the 9th of April? How much does it cost? How can I do it?

And also, I would like to know if it's possible to add one luggage to this booking, as when I booked it, I did it without any luggage, just the regular hand luggage.
